Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 3 days by sending us an email (click here).

How to Return a Product
Please send an email to: email@example.com, our contact form or call our Customer Service Department on +31 (0) 23 551 44 73. Please provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem. Please post the goods back to our Customer Services Department.
